Three hours of assessment. The report shouldn't take three more.

Your scores come in. A structured draft comes out — organised by domain, built from your findings, consistency-checked. Edit, sign, done.

No credit card required. We'll be in touch within 2 business days.

Only 11 openings left this round — we onboard in small groups so every practice is properly supported.

The assessment is done. The report writing shouldn't be the hard part.

The assessment itself — the part you trained years for — takes three hours. Then you spend three more staring at a blank Word document. Re-entering scores that already exist in Q-global. Rebuilding tables you've built a hundred times. Searching for the right recommendation language for this particular profile.

Meanwhile, families are waiting for answers. Schools are chasing reports. And you're the bottleneck — not because you're slow, but because the software was never built for this work. The backlog creeps. The late Fridays stack up. You got into this field to help people think clearly. Not to format tables.

Four steps. Scored data in. Reviewed draft out.

You stay in control at every stage.

Set up the case

Add referral questions, report recipient, and framing before anything gets drafted.

Import your scores

Upload from Q-global, PARiConnect, or other scoring platforms. Verify mappings. Clean inputs, clean drafts.

Review the draft

Domain sections are already written. Edit for nuance. Add your clinical voice.

Check and export

Run consistency checks across the full report, then export a formatted Word or PDF when you're ready.

Everything that slows you down, handled.

Stop re-typing scores

Import from Q-global, PARiConnect, or other scoring platforms and get formatted score tables with descriptors and percentiles — professional, readable, and ready for the report. No manual entry. No reformatting.

Cognitive Academic Attention Social/Emotional

On the WAIS-V, [Client] achieved a Full Scale IQ of 112 (84th percentile), in the High Average range. Verbal Comprehension was a relative strength. Working Memory warrants closer review in the context of reported attentional difficulties.

A full draft on arrival.

Sections are organised by functional domain — Cognitive, Academic, Attention, Social/Emotional, and more — generated from what was administered. Your job is to refine, not start from zero.

Your judgment stays in charge

Every section is editable. Drafts trace back to scores you verified. Consistency checks flag errors before export. Nothing leaves without your sign-off.

Recommendations tied to this case

Targeted recommendations for school, home, or workplace — drawn from what you actually found, whether it's a cognitive, behavioural, or combined assessment.

Export to Word or PDF, ready to share

A clean, formatted Word document or PDF — ready to hand to families, schools, or referring clinicians.

Less document assembly.

More time for clinical judgment.

  • Stop re-entering scores and rebuilding tables from scratch
  • Maintain quality across your highest-volume months
  • Catch consistency errors before they reach the family
  • Sign off with confidence, not fingers crossed

Frequently asked questions

Will this actually save me time?

Most psychologists save around 1–2 hours per report — time previously spent on tables, re-entry, formatting, and consistency checks. For a practice doing 8 reports a month, that's close to a full day back.

Does this replace my clinical judgment?

No. It drafts structure and language, but you edit, review, and sign off on the final report.

How do you import Q-global?

Export assessment records from Q-global (CSV) and upload into WritePsychReport. The system maps results into tables and draft sections.

Can I adjust the language for different readers — parents, schools, or clinicians?

Yes. You can draft in parent-friendly or clinical language and switch section-by-section during review.

Is client data safe and confidential?

Reports are encrypted in transit and at rest. Two-factor authentication is required. You control how long data is retained — and can set it to minimal if you prefer. If you need a security summary for your practice records, contact [email protected].

What if my assessment isn't supported yet?

You still get everything else — the report structure, domain organisation, recommendations, consistency checks, and export. You write that one section yourself rather than getting a draft for it. Get in touch and we'll work to add support.

Does it integrate with practice management systems?

Exports drop into your existing storage and workflow as a Word document or PDF — no changes to how you work. Direct integrations with practice management systems aren't available yet, but it's on the roadmap.
